Once you have made your final
decision on purchasing a
Puppies that are old enough to
leave or be shipped are to be paid in full. Once I receive your deposit and
this deposit agreement is signed and sent to me, this puppy will no longer be
available to future buyers.
If you, the buyer, should
change your mind and decide that you no longer want a puppy, all deposits will
be forfeited. You can, however, transfer your deposit to another available puppy.
Under NO circumstances will a
deposit be refunded unless this puppy should be found to have defects at the
time of inspection by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian considers
this puppy unfit for sale another puppy may be offered in its place. If you,
the buyer, should decide against another puppy, the seller’s sole remedy shall
be to return all deposits to you the buyer.
The balance for this puppy
will have to be paid prior to taking permanent possession. If you are not able
to pay the balance before the puppy turns 7 weeks old and you have not made
prior arrangements with Twilight Kennels as to when you will be able to pay the
balance, Twilight Kennels’ only option will be to assume that you are no longer
interested in purchasing this puppy, therefore it will become available to a
new owner and all deposits will be forfeited.
